The victim's 10-month-old girl was covered with blood but uninjured when police found her in a car seat on the floor of the vehicle.
Bishop told investigators he was driving his wife to the train station when Andrade's vehicle backed toward him on Main Street, Cruz said. The two exchanged heated words.
"He said his wife was scared, and he said he was angry at that encounter," Cruz said of Bishop. "He said he made up his mind right there that he had to do something."
Police said Bishop has a valid handgun license.

Well, here we go again !! The anti-gun freaks will be out in force and wanting to ban all guns. The other bad thing that will happen is that the idiot killer will blame his actions not on himself but on the "medication" he is taking for depression. Well idiot you got a lot to be depressed about now.
The real real bad thing that will happen now is that the liberal judges and juries in Massachusetts will most likely let him go free or with very little punishment. The idiot will then sue the drug company and get a whole lot of money.
And somewhere in Massachusetts a little girl will be growing up without a father.
