I suspect this is part of the reason Tommy Daschle finally agreed to something like this: he thinks that IF John Kerry gets elected, it will look like they (the Democrats) did something. Fact is, they are STILL obstructing the Circuit Court Judges who have excellent ratings by the ABA.....as well as other nominations. I don't give them any credit here at all.
