1. Repukes didn't get any election day traction with the public on blocking Bush's conservative judicial appointments. And with this deal, the issue is now moot. Boo hoo hoo for Repuke crybabies.

2. Bush's recess appointments only last a year -- not lifetime appointment as would be if they had been confirmed -- the unacceptable conservative judges will be gone within a few months of Kerry winning in November.

3. Like Repukes weren't going to block a Democratic President's judicial nominees anyway? lol

4. Payback is so sweet -- I laugh every time I hear how outraged a Repuke is by Democrats using the exact same tactics that Repukes honed so well during 8 years of Clinton.
