Yeah, of course soldiers are coming and going throughout any war, but the rate of movement maintains a steady amount of troops. The total number of troops at any given time is basically the same because they come and go at the same rate. Now they are planning to add 1500 more troops to the total. I can't understand why this is necessary if the war is as successful as some people often say. How can we consider this war a success if we have to send 1500 more troops to help fight expected attacks throughout Iraq during voting season?
