Yes there were a few, far between judicial nominees who had a fight on their hands during confirmation. The Bork example was cited above.
But only neo-con bushlovers could be SO desperate and SO pathetically protective/defensive as to compare the occassional, rare fights to the SYSTEMATIC tactics the Repignicans as a group agreed to use during Clinton's terms.
And I'll state again, that I TOLD YOU SO.....during their initial threats to block Clinton's nominees I kept saying ......don't go there........you don't want to do that..........bad, short-sighted move ............sheesh, the eejits did it.
