Default The Bill of Righs has been raped and murdered !!!

Don't think so?

Google: "free speech zones"

Likewise the 4th and 5th Amendments, you don't have the right to due process, unless Ashcroft chooses to let you have it.

If the government seizes your property, what is your recourse?
Try filing suit against the government for a violation of the 5th Amendments 'takings' clause - wait seven years while your case makes it through state court, Court of Appeals and State Supreme Court, before it is even eligible for filing in Federal Court. Do you have the money for that legal battle, against an army of government lawyers?

Of course, the 2nd Amendment has been under siege for decades now. Did you know that one of the greatest fears the Founding Fathers had was that the government it created would create a standing army and use it to tyrannize the population. Well, their fears have been realized.

THe 'President" GWB, has declared that ewe are in a global 'war', against an 'enemy' that is defined solely by him. So there is absolutely nothing stopping the government from demanding that you feed and house soldiers on your property. We are at 'war', right?

The 9th and 10th Amendments are dead and buried, there are no rights anymore that are not under the control and regulation of the Federal government.

Disagree? Name one, just one then.

The Founding Fathers created a Republic, in which they attempted to form a government in which the individual citizen was guaranteed a maximum of rights and civil liberties, and the power of government, and most particularly, the central or federal government, had only the powers and authority necessary for it to preserve those rights and liberties for all its citizens, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

It is the grandest, boldest and most noble aspiration in the history of the human race. Brave men pledged, and gave, everything; lives, families, honor, and their entire fortunes to establish it, to secure it and to preserve it. They died, and others since that time have died by the thousands, the hundreds of thousands, the millions, to keep it. And we stand by and watch their legacy demeaned, debased and desecrated by filth, liars and thieves.

You may not be ashamed of that, but I am profoundly ashamed. I weep for all that they gave to us, and that we have valued so little.

It is an unspeakable treachery.
