Why are we obligated to be fair to terrorists? Osama had the motive and the resources. He is guilty until we have evidence that he is not.

No, we are taking responsibility for our own actions. Bush made his choices with our consent. Therefore we share in the blame if there is any. We are not defending Bush's decisions...we are defending
OUR decisions. Bush was just a proxy.
