I know that Health Care Reform and Cap & Trade are on the front burners now, but there is another issue that is on the back burner that will migrate to the front burner by year's end or next year. That issue is Immigration Reform. Unfortunately, for American citizens and legal residents, this reform will be just another attempt at screwing the American people.
The big issue that will draw much, warranted criticism from the American people, is Amnesty. That's right folks. Our beloved President and his Administration are going to push for making the 12 million plus illegal aliens in our country, legal citizens by the stroke of the pen. They will not be required to go thru the ropes like countless immigrants have in the past, but they will be given a free ride. I will say that amnesty was supported by Bush and McCain also, so don't call me a racist or Obama hater. They obviously all want the Hispanic vote at the expense of the American people, or they are just too lazy to do what is right, and enforce the laws of the land.
Not only does the Obama Administration support amnesty, but they have been pulling other shenanigans that help out illegal aliens. Our current Congress refuses to permanently implement E-Verify, which is a verification program that verifies one's eligibility to work in the U.S. The Department of Homeland Security (DOHS) has intentions of rescinding the No-Match rule that requires employers who are notified by the Social Security Administration that workers' SSN do not match data in the SSA's database to take action to correct those discrepancies in order to ensure that their workforce is legal. The DOHS, under Janet Napolotano, has also issued a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that essentially limits local law enforcement agencies in their abilities to identify and detain illegal aliens. The 2010 Census will include illegal aliens. Health Care Reform will include illegal aliens. Also, our government refuses to make English our national language.
Folks, our economy sucks, unemployment is high, more and more Americans are losing their jobs, and our President and his Administration are more concerned with those that do NOT belong here. This is Anti-American behavior by our government. Contact your elected officials, and let them know that amnesty for illegal aliens is unacceptable, and that our government needs to enforce our immigration laws.
Let's recap:
- Amnesty for illegal aliens.
- No permanent E-Verify program.
- Restricting law enforcement in enforcing immigration laws.
- Not allowing employers to verify SSN.
- Including illegal aliens in the 2010 Census.
- Covering illegal aliens in HCR.
- Refusal to make English our official national language.
