As the question only is whether Iraq is a part of the War on Terror, I think most people will agree that the answer is yes.

Whether invading Iraq was a part of the War on Terror or just a personal vendetta, for sure now the constantly occuring attacks in Iraq indicate that now the occupying Coalition troops are fighting terrorists, and therefore a part of the War on Terror.
