Wal-Mart doesn't need a raise in the minimum wage to raise their own wages. They can do anytime they want. This is all a BS publicity stunt to make them look good, just like their pathetic radio commercials going on and on about how even a cart pusher can move up to district manager in their company. Blah, blah, blah.
