If they are not militarily trained they could at least tour the camps and do humanitarian work. You know, visit the troops and give them pep talks, stay busy organizing functions to boost moral and just flat be visible, and I don't mean just go over one day and go to the safest spot (if there is one) for a publicity stunt, I mean go over and stay until it is finished, like Bush and the puppet masters say the troops have to do. Why shouldn't they do this? Oh, uh, is it too dangerous you suppose? Is there no safe place in all of Iraq? If it was a winnable war, there would be a safe place. Hell, democracy isn't going to fix that country, nothing will fix that country now except to let them have their president backand get ourselves out. Those people need to fix the problems between themselves. And I bet Saddam could send those insurgents running for tall timber.
