This forum software is
heavily based on phpBB (as it says on the bottom) and phpBB is the largest used-forum on the internet...meaning it has a crapload of mods.
A warning system is one of those, but since this is not straight-forward phpBB I don't know if any of the warning mods would work or not. (I think it would) Would be pretty easy to do as well.
