Respectfully, as I read this string it seems the first two points of this post have been shown to be misleading or false. After that, I'd assume the remainder of the post is on just as shaky ground.

That is precisly the apathy and uncommited thinking that the leftist losers are counting on to get this thging through. The language is the intent, and that it is so large and intimidateing and filled with legalese and it references other already existing legislation that creates a confusing and muddied conversation because we do not know for sure what this monstrosity really means. So to say that the first two points are ambiguous and unclear is just the response that these leftists want you to have, while all the while the ruination of you life because you are forced to abandon all choices to a government breaucracy and are at the mercy of these assclowns.
