What we do know is; The data mining of international calls has provided intelligence that has been extremely helpful to fighting terrorism.

What we do know is; There is not yet a lawful determination as to whether there was anything illegal done.

What we don't know is; The outcome of the surveillance being harmful to Americans is speculative supposition at best.
