Some are digital, some are film. I bought a digital camera about a year ago, and since then I've never touched my old camera. Digital is just far too convenient. Only problem with digital is the pixel size. I bought a camera that has the option of changing pixel sizes from 3.0 to about 6.0, so it's great. My friend, also into photgraphy, mocks me for using digital because he believes it's cheating. Really most digital cameras are no different than using a automatic film camera, except none of the hassle of film, and there is a large variety of manual digital cameras out there. I told him he's a dinosaur because it takes him days to get film developed whereas I can have my photos printed, framed, and hung on my wall in hours. He's also less experimental with his photography because film is expensive and he doesn't want to waste it. Digital is the way to go!
