Australia has. IMHO Australia has the right policy on immigration. It allows people in only if they prove they can contribute to the country. Simply allowing lots of low-skilled immgrants to enter the country to keep wages down, to compete for low skilled jobs, and for them to be offered taxpayer's money and to form in ghettoes will generate resentment in the indigenous population whether you like it or not, providing fertile soil for the scum that is the BNP. I'm not on the far-right but I am deeply resentful at the way my family has been treated, forced to pay privately for life-saving health care, when immigrants who have contributed nothing to this country are given reasonably generous benefits. Immigration will be a big issue in the impending elections and I fear that the BNP will reap the benefits of this.
