Good question comrade, allow me to explain. Socialism is the second stage needed before communism can be established; to get to the final stage (communism) is a process in which we gradually empower the workers and prepare them for whats to come instead of just giving them everything unprepared. Lenin made the mistake of having the revolution while everyone was unprepared and he had no true economic plan once the revolution was over. In order to succeed we must look at the American economic situation instead of copying other nations, prepare workers while empowering them which means educating them, and we must have clear visions & goals of what we intend to do and how to do it when the time comes. After the workers have enough power, education, and understanding to take the political & economical stage then capitalism will be slowly/cautiously pushed out and the communist stage will begin.
