Wasnt luck, more to do with local rivalry. On the hour of the election a delegation of 8 arrived from our neighbouring cumann.
It'd been organised against myself and my cumann's other canditate. I lost by six. Wouldn't have minded but a friend of mine evidently had a good with to do with undermining me.
