First of all, who was it that declared Lousiana in national distress? (wait for it). That's right. Prez Bush.
People had enough warning to get out? How about the fact that no one knew that Katrina was going to hit Louisiana until 48 hours prior to landfall? And the reasonable percentage of homeless people?
Not to mention that it took party-goers to clean up Louisiana after I-don't-know-how-many-months later, so that it would be ready for Mardi Gras. What about that?
It's kinda sad, isn't it? Party goers, of all people, cleaned it up, and that was months after it should have been fixed.
Where did all the money go to fix it then?
Also, what about the other things I mentioned? Were the other things Bush's faults?
