I disagree. It's actually just the opposite. France has a long tradition of ridiculing Jews and the continent in general (with a few exceptions) is anti-Jewish (Arabs are Semites as well). Islam, which is a scurge on Europe, has a lot to answer for that nobody wants to touch upon. These cartoons are more attacks on Israel than on Judaism. I will say one thing on this point ... "Palestinians" wheren't "Palestinians" during the Ottoman empire .. only recently. They are Muslem Arabs (for the most part). Now look at a map of the region and tell me who the aggressor is. Arab/Muslem lands or the New Jersey sized spec called Israel. See the forrest not the trees guys.
