She was the underdog running for congress and won THAT in a landslide despite being down 10 points most of the election.
Say what you want about her, she's a F(cking winner. She'll outspend and rake Nelson over the coals and bully her way into the Senate just like she's done in every other office she's run for. As a pure candidate, she may be the best campaigner i've ever seen anywhere, male/ female, presidents, anyone. She'll win the race.

From the way you describe her she sounds like a frighteningly crazed nutjob. Why is that the US elects people whose behaviour, in any other sphere of life, would warrant calling the authorities and having them hauled away in a straight jacket.
And her idea of making herself presentable to the public is evidence of a very shaky understanding of the fine line between 'presentable' on the one hand, and scary-as-hell in a skeletal-skin-paint-with-hair sorta way...on the other...
