I'm still on the fence, I, like many, have gone to several keggers, all black frat "white-outs" in which, I'm usually the only white guy there, and only because they rented some sound gear..

I could see things getting out of hand, AND I KNOW, from experience, that when the CMSU baseball team throws a party, theres a lot of kids there that don't even go to school there...

If you have EVER, lived in a college town, between the ages of 17 and 25, you know what frat, sorority, and ball team parties are like..

I think theres a strong possibility that girl COULD have been forced to perform sexual acts against her will...

I think, it could have been a white dude, or a hispanic, or a black guy, BUT, she THINKS, it was a white guy...

People these days think saying "white guy" or that "black guy" is some sort of insult....what is she suppose to say? He resembled Richie Cunningham?

The color of a criminals skin is simply a VERY distinguishing mark, Her remark on one of his MOST PREVALANT features, does not indicate to me that she has any "race" motives behind her accusations..

Condoms, a possibility, or simple sexually based assault (whiskey d****?) is possible...

and the kid actually being on the team could be far-fetched...

I'm not going to jump to conclusions and claim racism, or that maybe they stiffed her on the stripper bill and she got mad.

Albeit possibilities, but these players have been cleared, and unfortunately, IF a genuine crime was committed, the chances of catching the perpetrator are probably pretty slim...
