I don't understand the allegation that the police waited too long to search the house. They found the fingernails, the make-up bag etc. Didn't they find everything they were looking for?

46 guys are being punished for the actions of 3 because 46 were at the party when the incident occurred, drinking, when they werent suppose to, watching strippers, when they werent suppose to, and this is NOT their first offense this year, hell, its not even their 10th offense this year:
