Florida is a red state with a soaring economy. Jeb must be doing something right. Take a look at Louisiana. Between the governor and mayor of NO, it's a loser state. And you can't blame the hurricanes, because Florida has more than there share of them. Oh wait, they can always blame George Bush. NO will have the chance to boost their economy with all the new building going on. Let's see what they do with the opportunity.
