I never stopped to consider Iran would not be crazy enough to nuke Israel until someone in an article I read pointed out that The Dome of the Rock was in Jerusalem, which is the third most sacred Muslim site in the world (the place where they believe Muhammad went to Heaven). I think it is difficult to believe Iran would risk annihilating that location. Obviously Iran's pres called for Israel to be wiped off the map, but is that really saying they believe in nuking them, or that they simply wish to redraw borders? I believe it is the later.
