So, let's recap: the rape accuser says it was "white boys" and they made ALL the white lacrosse players submit to DNA tests. The one black player was not made to. The prosecutiion said it would give them the PROOF positive.
The press, the public, and the prosecutor all had these boys guilty and was trying them in the press. BTW, the other girl with her that night is not backing her up either.
Lawyers for Duke Players Say DNA Doesn't Match

DURHAM, N.C., April 10 — DNA evidence released today cleared 46 Duke lacrosse players from an accusation that three of them raped a dancer at a party four weeks ago, the players' defense lawyers said.
None of the students' DNA was found on the woman or on any of her clothing or possessions or under her fingernails, the lawyers said. They said the accusation was false and based on the testimony of the one woman, a 27-year-old student, mother of two and a dancer who had been hired to perform at a party held by members of Duke's men's lacrosse team. Reverse Discrimination, hmmmmm. For the sake of arguement lets say the roles were reversed and the stripper was white and the accused was the basketball team, would there have been any arrest by now? Would they have waited to search the so-called scene of the crime? Would they have waited for DNA tests? How would this thing be played out in the media. I don't know just go next door to Union, SC and ask the young black men in town what happened when Susan Smith said, "It was a black man that did it." By the way if I rapped a woman and I was wearing a condom would there be any DNA evidence left behind. My Grandfather used to say, "Where there is smoke, there is fire." Peace.
