Now I once knew a Canadian who came down to the U.S. to work. He wasn't a U.S. citizen but had a green card or whatever it is called. Under the laws he was considered a minority and offered a management position and he was white. Didn't matter he was a minority on the Government reports the company had to send in.

Give this BS a break. That is the weakest arguement against AA, I knew somebody that was black and they got a job over my cousin that was more qualified because of AA.
Is that the excuse they gave him instead of telling him the truth that he wasn't qualified for the job.


I'll give you another example of why affirmative action is a total fraud. I once worked for a company that was big. It was like one of the top 20 compamies in the country. When affirmative action first came out the big deal was getting black men in the company to get the government quotas. That lastest for a couple of years until the women movement took over.

Yea right, I have seen that when that take a uneducated black man off the street and make him a brain surgeon when they open a new hospital in town, because they need more black brain surgeons, pfffft give me a break.

So these big shots at the top of the food chain had to find some women. Well these big shots were already making six figures and decided that they would just get the little old lady at home hired. It was no problem since most of these big shots met their wives at Harvard or Yale so their wives also had degrees from these universities. So now you had the husband and wife pulling down 2 salaries making six figures apiece. Of course the wives were put in managements positions that didn't amount to anything.


Hmmmmmm, lets see the key in that story is she had a DEGREE from Harvard or Yale. They didn't just take his housewife with a HS Diploma and put her in a top management job. People go to college for a reason, uh lets see TO GET A BETTER JOB.


I can remember one of these women was put over a department called "The Suggestion Committee. She had a full staff. If anyone in the company had a suggestion that would help the company it went through these people to decide what was a good idea. If they accepted your idea you got a cash prize, usually a couple of thousand dollars, which was not too bad back in those days when a dollar was worth more. It didn't matter she had no clue what the grunts actually did. One day I was reading a company news magazine and went to look at who had won some money and got physically ill reading how this women was awarded money for her suggestion.

Opps, I thought this story was going to take a different twist I thought you were going to say they GAVE it to the BLACK JEWISH GUY.

what the women who runs the department wins some money from her own department? In the article it explained that since it was her idea she took herself out of the voting for who would win. Like the employees under her would vote against her. To top it off her idea was some ridiculous crap about how to file papers in a more efficent manner. Total BS
