Dear W,
I held my nose in 2004 and voted for you for two reasons: First, because the Democratic party did not put forward a serious candidate who stood for something and whose record indicated that he would be trustworthy if put in control of foreign policy. Second, because YOU PROMISED TO SECURE OUR BORDERS AND PUT HOMELAND SECURITY FIRST.
Remember how your dad lost the office of the Presidency to the Democrats for 8 years by lying about taxes?
Even your conservative base is no longer fooled. You are putting corporate interests ahead of the protection of the American people. You've been doing it for years, but this is the issue that will finally cook your lying goose. Not only are you an idiot, but you're fixing to create a backlash that will last for years. I want American businesses to profit, but not at the cost of allowing in an additional hundred million unskilled, uneducated workers to take American jobs.
Well done, Presidunce. You've finally succeeded in making me regret my vote. Guess what? I'm not alone. Your party is also figuring out that you're an even bigger liar than your dad. Welcome to two years of lame duckness. Yeah.
finally tired of being pissed on by you and your corporate pals,
Catz

a few great quotes on the issue from last night...Glad that some members of the House of Reps have finally grown some balls:
"While I appreciate the president's willingness to tackle big problems, I have real concerns about moving forward with a guest worker program or a plan to address those currently in the United States illegally until we have adequately addressed our serious border security problems." — House Majority Whip Roy Blunt, R-Mo.
"If the president thinks by taking one step forward with enforcement the House will follow with two steps backwards with amnesty, he's confusing us with the Senate." — Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo.
"Until the federal government can convince the American people that it is serious about securing our borders, it will be hard to consider other factors of immigration reform." — Sen. Jon Kyl (news, bio, voting record), R-Ariz.
"Unarmed National Guard troops driving bulldozers, who can't make arrests, would essentially be useless." — Rep. John, Culberson, R-Texas.
"So if you have 6,000 in Iraq and send another 6,000 to the border, what do we have left?" — California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, a Republican.

JW Frogen, my new favorite noob poster:
If you are such a weak jellyfish you can be bullied on a forum where you can ignore any poster you do not want to read than I suggest you move to Tibet, convert to Buddhism, protest the Chinese occupation, be killed as you will by the Chinese and hope you come back with some form of backbone.
