My feelings regarding the problem are mixed and complex. I both care and don't care depending on the issue. There is more than one issue involving illegals.

But you are way off on the Canadian issue. There is not a major influx of people across that border, so it's not a problem. Although some have indeed used terrorism as a reason for better border enforcement, the major issues most people have don't involve terror at all. And it's not racism either. They would have the same issues if we had to deal with millions of Canadians.
