"The center's report says the national debate that has focused on Hispanic immigration has been "the single most important factor" in spurring activity among hate groups and has given them "an issue with real resonance."

Some will never learn....and as for others of 'the usual suspects' in this regard...

Similarly, one immigrant group here, the Africa Council, announced plans to publish an online "No Go" guide to Germany in time for the World Cup.

In Germany, "black people are facing racist assaults ranging from verbal insults to murder," Moctar Kamara, president of the Africa Council, said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph in Britain. "There are areas where nonwhites are simply not safe, not even to use public transport."

Xenophobia is, by definition, a condition of fear......all it requires is 'an issue' in populations condition by fear...and whoosh!!!
