Accusations of hatred and crimes are lies. When organizations like the SPLC function solely on accussing white Americans of hatred, racism, homophobia and crime, etc., they are dishonest and dangerous. Those excuses are the ones they have been using for years to force laws of oppression on the American people. That is why groups like the SPLC, the ACLU AND the ADL exist.
If anyone is committing a crime it is the Southern Poverty Law Center. Believe me, destroying the Constitutional rights of millions of people is a much worse crime than any so-called crime an individual can do.

Being that a hate crime is a crime that is only differed from others due to its reasoning... I don't think hate crimes should be treated any differently than other crimes of the same nature, but in the case of the Center it is used only as a descriptive term for the crime.
Since the people who commit hate crimes are committing crimes, typically violent ones, regardless of motivation, there's no freedom being violated when they are arrested and publicly condemned for their actions.
Like a lot of the sick breed of fascist-populists you seem to represent, are you advocating that it should not be a crime for a white person to use violence against a minority? Is this somehow a violation of freedom for you?
You don't have the right to commit a violent crime for hate or for any other reason. That is why people are arrested. So do you think that it is wrong to condemn those that do it for hate?
If anything you might be able to complain about how they are thought of differently than other violent criminals... but that isn't a violation of their rights. As people, we can criticize them however we want. And that is what the Center is doing.
It's the cops who arrested them, and possibly judges who gave them different sentences than they would have gotten for their crimes under other motivations. The cops were doing their jobs at least. Violent scum should be arrested. And hate groups that use violence have shown that they are among the worst.
In other words, where is your Constitutional "violation"?
