Uneducated people are not a problem for a society

They do not improve it but they do not necessarily harm it so long as they are gainfully employed. And if it could be argued that if they are capable of doing a job they are educated - just not in the way some people would want them to be

For example, farmers are generally very intelligent and know a great deal about growing crops and mechanics. But, most people would consider farmers uneducated - I would say they are more educated than many people who would a PHD because not only do they have knowledge of the subject they are educated in, they put it to use, sometimes many people with PHD's do not do

Anyway

The uneducated people are not the problem

People without morals are the problem - and it is not up to the government to get involved with that issue
