The easiest way to ignore some souces and inflate others is to claim bias. Unfortunately the human mind isn't quite developed enough to recognize its own biases.
Best course of action is to assume bias.
Like Printer said, BBC is pretty (*)(*)(*)(*) comprehensive, even if slightly left (calling them far left is a good indication of one's own conservative bias, the equivalent of calling FoxNews far right).
But yes it is boring.
But frankly, I like that when I can stay awake through it. It doesn't use glitter and glammer.
On the other hand I don't give a $%&* about cricket, futball, tennis, bicycling, the World Cup, or any artsy-fartsy stuff (NPR's worse about that one).
