Talk radio
Of all the talk radio hosts you hear about, my favorite one is Glenn Beck. He's a conservative, but he doesn't always like to talk politics. I like the fact that he uses humor to change up the feel of things and many times just steers clear of politics by saying, "Hey, if you want to hear that crap for the hundredth time, listen to Sean or Rush. Personally, I'd rather stick a red hot spoon in my eye."
So he talks about pop culture, years gone by, trends, and yes, even politics a little. He's apt to rip into Bush as anyone, and his even handed approach to things has made him the number 3 talk show guy in America. Also, he's recently been added to CNN as a news/entertainment show. (I should get cable so I can see it, but I hear it's pretty funny stuff.)
His website has all this stuff that he talks about. On page 2 of it, is a compilation of topics drawn from various sources that are linked to other sites on the internet. Basically, they're current news events you'd find in the papers or on television. They've been compiled and sorted so he can use them in his shows if he feels like it. They cover things like the environment, war news, home front, war on terror, business, economy, technology, etc...
Here's the link to that page:
