I agree with most of the things you say there except for the line above. Pot really isn't very addictive naturally. It is addictive if you are a bored or boring person and it provides the only way out. But it doesn't have the natural pull that Heroin does. Children will not be placed in that position if there are age limits like there are for alcohol.
Kids who want pot are going to get pot, just like alcohol.
You know who would be the most bummed if pot was legalized? Jimmy down the street getting $2000 a month selling it to his college buddies. It's always funny seeing this "fictional" Jimmy rallying at pro-pot gatherings, not thinking of this.
