We are not talking about INNOCENT VICTIMS. The innocent victims or the murder's victims rotting int he dirt. The innocent victims or the victims of child molesters who's lives are forever ruined. The innocent victims are the victims of rapists who wake up years later int he dead of night screaming from a nightmare that at one time was all too real.

Get your priorities straight. No offense, but it is people like you who make it easy for murders & such to commit their crimes. As long as they know people like you are out there, they know they can all but get away with their crimes with no more than a slap on the wrist. That's why crime is so high in American. If a thief, for instance, feared having his hand chopped off if he was caught, I wonder how many people would go around stealing. Or if a rapist knew he would be castrated for his crime, I wonder how many men would get an epiphany to 'keep it in their pants'.

No offense, but this country needs to take MUCH stronger action against criminals. These days the poor criminal is the victim while the victim is...well, no one.
