Nor do most (or any?) US media sources reveal, for their consumers' enlightenment, that on June 24 two Palestinian brothers (one a doctor) were kidnapped by Israeli forces - this, of course,
before the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit by Palestinians. But that would not sit too comfortably with the narrative under construction, now, would it?
Here's another aspect of the timeline context to consider: by the time Hizbollah lauched their illegal and terrorist attack on Israeli forces inside Israel (and in the illegally occupied Golan Heights as well), on July 12, 52 Palestinians had been killed in Gaza from June 27. This does not include those slaughtered before, on the beach etc., or those 50+ who have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza
since July 12.
Nearly all civilians, of course. 'War crimes' according to Amnesty International.
