I like the way Democrats give fringe exeptions to explain away the rule.

Rule: All terrorists today are Muslim.

Exception: Timothy McVeigh wasn't muslim. (This exception doesn't invalidate the rule because all terrorists today are Muslim, and Timothy McVeigh is dead.)
