Well the fact that South Koreans now hold the North Koreans in a more favorable light than Americans probably says something. I know that South Korea is softening its view of the North, but not that they prefer a despotic regime over America as an ally. Why would they even enter into the coalition?

I read it somewhere a few weeks ago. I don't remember exactly where but it wasn't somewhere crazy. I've also seen a few people refer to it here. Most South Koreans actually believe the number one threat to their way of life is the US. This does not apply to their Gov't, just the citizens. I'll look for it and see if I can find it for you.
