You almost "had" Jerusalem at one point, then the thieving corrupt Yassir Arafat chose to act in his own interests instead of the best interest of the Palestinian people. He could have had it all - statehood, land, sovereignty, but NO.... he chose instead to continue dumping international aid money into his personal bank account in France, which his widow is still living off of.

"There's no corruption in Islam".... LOL !!!

In my opinion, Jerusalem should become an international city, with equal access by all. There's no such thing as Holy Land. God only expects us to be the custodians of the land we rent from Him, he expects us to be good stewards and take care of His natural resources. And stupid people everywhere make the mistake of "claiming" the land for themselves.... why? Just because there's an acre or two where someone prayed, or someone died, or someone had a vision, thousands of years ago?

As far as Israel giving up nuclear weapons..... LOL !!!

There will be no peace until YOU recognize and respect Israel's right to exist. That has to be the first step. Until that happens, no progress can be made. Then the second step is, you have to police your own extremists. You can't allow a rag-tag group of unhappy people to simply lob missiles across the border whenever they feel like it. What would you do if that happened to you? IMO you should be grateful that Israel hasn't unleashed its full military capabilities "yet". In case you hadn't noticed, your vaunted Hezbollah group is being taken apart at the seams right now. Only two rockets out of every hundred reach their targets. Your anti-tank weapons only work half the time. And 90% of the bridges in Lebanon are gone, there's no way Iran will be able to re-supply them without the full knowledge and scrutiny of the Israelis. Let's face it, the more you pout and whine, the worse off it's going to be for you.

LEAVE ISRAEL ALONE.

That's a very simple idea. Once that happens, then the international community will be justified in calling Israel to task for its violations. But until that happens, Israel will always be able to use the excuse that they're being attacked.
