Suspected war criminals should be tried in a court of law regardless if they are on the losing or winning side of a conflict. I am also against nations trying their own suspects, I am all for a international court only system for suspected war criminals. National courts and even worse, military courts can just not be trusted not to protect their own people and hiding the truth in war crime cases or giving a fair trial to captured adversaries.
