You seem to forget that because of technology latinos stay intouch with what is happen in there country and with there family members in there country. I remember a stat saying that 60% 2nd generation latino (me) speak better english than spanish.

In 2003 one guy that was smuggling radiation to make bombs was Puerto Rican. I somewhat agree with your opinion but you have to realize that you can't neglate other ethicities. Iranians for example can pass for latinos or whites so what happen if a Iranian changes his name to Jay Smith?

It is a very ignorant assumtion to make but I know where you are coming from. Asian immigrant unlike many latinos immigrant are from the middle class and most of them went to college in there countries. A big percentage of latinos didn't even finish high school in there country but the many South American like my father came here in as a foreign student.
