Default 3400 Iraqi civilians killed in July

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/08/15/wo...rtner=homepage

That's around 110 per day...

And around 18.000 for the year so far.

"The Baghdad morgue reported receiving 1,855 bodies in July, more than half of the total deaths recorded in the country."

So let's see, if half of 'em were in Baghdad, that means the other half must have been - you guessed it - outside of Baghdad.

So will all you Bush-o-nauts please tell me again, how well it's going in Iraq, and how 16 of the 18 provinces have been "pacified", and it's only really Baghdad that "remains a problem"?
