I need to do some survey work for my AP class. So, what is the most important constitutional amendment?

The AP class teacher should have opened the book before telling you how to take a survey.

I would have asked my teacher, "What part of the Constitution leads you to believe that it even provides that such a question could be asked intellegently?"

I think the 18th Ammendment was the best. (Ha! Just kidding...)

I like the 2nd Ammendment. Because it keeps all the others in line.

If it has to be limited to just one admentment, I'd have to say the 10th is the most important.
