The only guns people should be allowed to have are muskets. That would cut down on heat of the moment shootings (Would you stand around and wait for someone to load a musket so they could shoot you?). There would probably less drive-by's (Size would be a pain in a car). Also, I think it would make hunting alot more interesting. You only have one shot at that bear and it better be a good one or you're gonna be left un-armed near a ticked off bear. Then hunting would actually be a sport. Chris Rock had some pretty good ideas on this.
