Maybe. Maybe not. It's tough to tell. Consider this: Bush was elected because 27% of eligible voters voted for him. That means 73% of all people of voting age did not vote for Bush. If one assumes most Bush supporters voted for Bush you are still left with a ton of people who didn't support Bush, but didn't support Kerry either. Like me.
