Unconstitutional, LOL. There are already many restrictions on firearms in the US. Not as many restrictions as one would like to see in a well developed nation, but a respectable amount at least. Within 50 years, I expect the US to further limit firearms, ridding most of the gun problems once and for all. |
Wildbores the second amendment witch was ratified in 1787 refers to the national guard, witch was created 130 years later in 1917. There fore gun control is constitutional.
