look at the shadows cast on the wall behind him, under his ear and next to his chin.
look at the lighting on his face.
look at the wall's corner in the background that lines up with his hair.
look at the shadows created by the creases of his shirt.

its obviously the same photo.

Beside that other one you pointed to looks just as bad. Just can't see his eyes as well.
