As I've written before, I wouldn't be a moderator unless I was paid a good salary, but the moderators on this site organize the messes for free. Moreover, raytri is one of the site's veterans. He was the person who taught me that tolerance isn't the eighth Deadly Sin but rather a virtue, both by his knowledge and by his actions. He is an outstanding moderator and a great person.
