I agree almost (if not) entirely. However, are you saying there should be seperate laws for racist crimes?

Here's an example: A racist white man just outright kills a black man because the white man hates black people.

Would this seperate law come into affect because the murder was due to race? Shouldn't the white man just be tried for murder?

I never really thought about this. As of now, I don't think there should be any seperate laws. One man killed another, try him for muder.
